SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All defined terms used below in this shipping & return policy shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See https://mixtheorystudios.com/termsandconditions/.
The following sets forth Mix Theory Studios, Inc., shipping and returns policy for physical goods purchased through our Sites’ store (herein referred to as the “Policy”):
Order Processing Time
All our physical goods orders are processed and shipped out using an on-demand dropship service through multiple vendors.
You are responsible for ordering the correct product and appropriate size for your needs and for reviewing all product-related shipping methods, costs, restrictions, and delivery times prior to finalizing your purchase.
By purchasing items through our store, you acknowledge you understand the Policy contained within.
Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
As products are offered through a variety of on-demand manufacturers, each vendor maintains its own shipping methods, costs and delivery times. These parameters are identified and displayed for each product at the time of order.
All vendors offer standard shipping, which may be subject to certain restrictions such as no PO Boxes or military addresses deliveries allowed. Some vendors may also offer express shipping in the Unites States and Internationally.
Be aware that delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Shipment Tracking
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, you will be updated with a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email at info@mixtheorystudios.com with the subject line: SHIPPING & RETURNS INQUIRY REQUEST and include your new shipping address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.
Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email at info@mixtheorystudios.com with the subject line: SHIPPING & RETURNS INQUIRY REQUEST. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund. If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Product Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, or perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@mixtheorystudios.com with the subject line: SHIPPING & RETURNS INQUIRY REQUEST. This email should identify the item to be returned, the reason for return,and a receipt or proof of purchase that accompanies your return. If the item is damaged, please include a photo of the damaged product. We will respond to your email within five (5) business days with additional instructions to include whether a physical return is warranted.
If you desire an exchange or refund, you may have to return such merchandise to us prior to processing a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise should be sent to us at Mix Theory Studios, Inc., Attn: Compliance Department, 233 E Bay St, Suite 610, Jacksonville, FL, 32202. All items that we sell are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.
If a physical return is required, you will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for any returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
Changes to Terms
Mix Theory Studios, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Policy and the Terms under which our Sites are offered. The most current versions of the Policy and the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Mix Theory Studios, Inc. encourages you to periodically review the Policy and the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
